White Oak Trails is located in Bentonville, AR immediately West of Ardis Ann Middle School and Elm Tree Elementary School. The neighborhood consists of over 110 custom built homes, a community pool, and a community playground.

We are governed by a Property Owners Association made up of five uncompensated, resident volunteers. The goal of the POA is to uphold the covenants and bylaws for the subdivision and our residents.
